Field Trip and Stepping Stones
Yesterday the whole Blue Jays group went to Louisville Nature Center for their second field trip! We went on a hike and tested dirt samples. We learned about the three types of dirt- clay, soil, and silt. When we got back to the school, we made our stepping stones. Every group made their own stone and decorated them using marbles and broken plates. some people made their own stones, too. We had lots of fun! The steppingstones will be ready and dry by Friday. I can't wait to see how they come. out. they will be in our Peace Garden when they are finished.

I need to know how to make a foldable for language arts by 3:00 Sunday which is today so please hurry Mrs.H you have to do this of you will see me Memory Mapless on Monday

ReplyDeleteIf you want, you can just make boxes on paper and write one event from your story onto each box. You should have 8-12 boxes to fully tell your story! Then, cut the boxes out and glue them onto a piece of construction paper.
OR, if you would like, email me at paige.houston@jefferson.kyschools.us and I can send you an electronic copy of the memory map template. You can can use the document and simply type in your events, print it off, and turn it in on Monday!
